About Lindsay

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, fun, and understanding I like tutoring because it gives the students the extra support they may need to be successful, not only in school but in life. I'm looking for a job that is flexible but consistent. I started tutoring about 5 years ago. In my spare time, I like to go hiking, camping, watching football, playing sports, managing youth programs, and just being with my family and friends. One thing you should know about me is that I love teaching kids. It makes my heart happy to see the kids progress. My skills include active listening and observation. My approach is differentiated and adaptable. I always give clear communication and feedback to ensure open and honest dialog. Good communication is about setting achievable goals and celebrating all the moments, big and small.
