About Lindsay

Hi I'm Lindsay! I'm a trombonist/songwriter and recent graduate of The New School's Contemporary Music Program. I have a background in jazz, rock, funk, and experimental songwriting. I've taught 6 students privately in the past, but also have experience in classroom settings and music therapy classes. In the music therapy classes I've worked with children with Down syndrome, autism, and Aspergers. I'd love to teach your child anything from beginner trombone lessons to songwriting to just playing music with them for fun. If I sound like a good fit I'd be happy to send you references and do a trial lesson at half price!
