Hi and welcome :) My name is Megan and I am a certified teacher in the state of Florida. I majored in K-6 Elementary Education, K-12 ESE, K-12 ESOL, Early Literacy Master's level training, and lastly a Reading Recovery Certification. I have been working as a Reading Recovery Teacher for the last 3 years and previously taught first and second grade. I have been nannying since I was 16 and took a hiatus to pursue teaching. I have so much to offer to your family! I love exploring and learning with children on an individual level. I have done case studies on developmental levels of children and how to help them adapt and succeed with different emotions, situations, academics, etc. My passion is helping children grow into the best people they can be and would love an opportunity to bring that culture into your family :)

Megan tutored my children, mostly my 8th grader struggling with some honors classes. My daughter is now in high school and doing great and Megan played a role in that because she taught her to study and write essays and guided her along a difficult curriculum. She took my younger kids to the library and helped them with projects too. She was an absolutely positive influence on my children. She is a dependable, very sweet, truly honorable, intelligent person. I wish she hadn't moved from Ocala.
