I have over 27 years experience in childcare. I have also worked with autistic children. I had my own licensed daycare for 17 years and taught preschool. Some activities I enjoy doing with children are reading, arts and crafts, singing, and spending time outdoors. I have 8 years experience as a CNA in a nursing home, and took care of my husband before he passed away from congestive heart failure. I have also taken care of an Alzheimer's patient, and a vision-impaired person since moving to N. Y. I am a widow, and moved here from Tennessee 9 years ago, where I lived on a farm and along with raising cattle, we had, ponies, chickens, ducks, rabbits, cats and dogs, I also fostered dogs. Having pets is definitely not a problem. I moved here to be closer to my son and daughter in law. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting your family.
