About Lily

Hi! I'm Lily. I recently moved to Massachusetts and am currently living on the North Shore with my husband for the next two years. I've spent the past 5 years working in nonprofit management, but my background is deeply rooted in childcare and education. I'm a certified elementary education teacher, taught 3rd grade, worked as a preschool teacher for 3 years, and have nannied and babysat for many families over the years. My approach to nannying is very hands-on, creative, and relationship-focused. I love encouraging outdoor play, arts and crafts, imaginative activities, and creating a warm, supportive environment for kids to thrive in. One of my favorite parts of nannying is building strong, lasting relationships with the families I work with!
