About Lily

I am going to be a 3rd year at Ball State in the fall. I've always been passionate about working with children. Whether it's through my previous babysitting jobs or my coursework in early childhood development, I've always been drawn to the joy and wonder of childhood. I believe that every child deserves the chance to grow and develop to their fullest potential, and I am committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where they can do just that. I am patient, calm, and creative, and I have a knack for connecting with children of all ages. I love to play games, read stories, and explore the world around me with them. I also understand the importance of communication with parents, and I make it a point to keep them updated on their child's day. With four years of experience caring for children, I am comfortable caring for up to four children at a time, ranging from infants to preteens. I am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and even swimming supervision.
