About Lily

Former nanny, pre-k lead teacher and private home-school teacher. My goal is to empower young learners to discover their potential. I specialize in math, reading and writing for elementary students, focusing on building confidence rather than rote memorization. By breaking complex problems into manageable steps and connecting lessons to real-world interests, I foster a supportive environment where critical thinking thrives. I adapt my methods through visual aids and hands-on activities, ensuring every student finds their unique path to success. Clear communication with parents remains a priority, as I believe a collaborative approach creates the best outcomes. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment as they master a difficult concept is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to partnering with your family to make learning an enjoyable, lifelong journey for your child.
