About Lily

Hi! My name is Lily. I specialize in working with special needs kids and previously worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician. Before that, I volunteered at my stepmom's practice teaching parents how to support children with autism. I've babysat on and off for 3+ years and currently work as an office manager, but I'm looking to return to something more fulfilling. I've coached tumbling, cheered competitively for 10+ years, and have experience in behavioral therapy, law, and title. I love helping others and have a soft spot for language barriers and diverse needs. One of my favorite experiences was a mission trip to Kenya, where I bonded with Pre-K kids despite not speaking the same language. I bring patience, joy, and genuine care to every child I work with.
