About Lily

My name is Lily, I am born and raised in Burlington, VT but currently attend college at the University of Washington. I'm home for the summer so I am looking for a seasonal position. I have been babysitting since I was young, and I believe that my passion for childcare stems from experiencing and seeing how children can imagine, interact, learn and grow. For the past three years, I've loved caring for children, whether that was through babysitting, being with my niece, or camp counseling. I have experience with ages ranging from 6 months to 12 years. I'm always excited to learn about what the child I'm with enjoys, I love learning new games and art projects as well as teaching them some of my own. I would describe myself as friendly, outgoing, responsible and caring. I happily will follow your lead on various things, such as house rules and communication methods.
