About Lily

I'm passionate about caring for children. I've been able to care for many children of different ages. I have two younger siblings who I've helped care for as well as two younger cousins. I've been working for a summer camp in my home town for kids aged 3-9. At the summer camp some of my duties were entertaining the children, administering first aid and helping them problem solve. In the past I've also worked with kids in theatre aged 5-8. I'm creative and imaginative, and love coming up with new ways to keep children entertained and engaged. I'm also very friendly and approachable, and I put a lot of emphasis on communication. I believe that it's important to keep parents informed about their child's day, and I always follow their preferred communication method. While I prefer not to enforce strict rules, I do believe in setting boundaries and expectations. I think it's important for children to know what is expected of them, and I always try to be fair and consistent.
