About Lily

I'm passionate about caring for children. I've been able to care for many children of different ages. I have two younger siblings who I've helped care for as well as two younger cousins. This summer I began working at a summer camp as a camp counselor working with kids aged 3 - 9. I've also worked at a theatre company for three years with kids in grades 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. I'm creative and imaginative, and love coming up with new ways to keep children entertained and engaged. I'm also very friendly and approachable, and I put a lot of emphasis on communication. I believe that it's important to keep parents informed about their child's day, and I always follow their preferred communication method. While I prefer not to enforce strict rules, I do believe in setting boundaries and expectations. I think it's important for children to know what is expected of them, and I always try to be fair and consistent.
