About Mishal

Hi! I'm Mish, a compassionate and responsible caregiver with 10 years of hands-on experience supporting and working with children of all ages and abilities. Although I haven't held a formal paid babysitting role, I've spent the last 10 years caring for my younger brother - who is on the autism spectrum - from infancy to childhood. I've also had many years of experience caring for other relatives with autism and ADHD, as well as infants and toddlers. Beyond my role at home, I've also worked with children in educational settings in both PGCPS and DCPS over the last 6 years, where I've mentored and tutored elementary aged students. I'm comfortable teaching children new subjects, helping them with their homework, and generally creating engaging environments for learning and play. Overall, I'm comfortable caring for infants, toddlers, and elementary aged children, and I am also qualified to care for neurodivergent children.
