About Lily

I am a warm, nurturing childcare professional with 5+ years of experience as a babysitter, nanny, and lead early childhood education teacher. I specialize in creating safe, loving, developmentally appropriate environments, with teaching experience focused on infants and toddlers ages 3 months to 4 years. I enjoy supporting children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth through creative play, sensory exploration, and age-appropriate learning. I love outdoor adventures and outings to parks, splash pads, libraries, museums, and zoos. I thrive in roles that balance time at home with enriching experiences outside. I have a clean driving record, have never received a ticket, and own a reliable, spacious vehicle. I value open communication, positive guidance, and building trusting relationships with families while providing attentive, educational, and loving care.
