About Lily

Hi! My name is Lily, and I'm currently a junior majoring in Communications. I've had experience working with children for many years through babysitting, local families, clubs, and leadership activities, and caring for kids is something I genuinely love. I've worked with families with multiple children at once and am comfortable handling busy schedules, multitasking, and creating a fun, safe, and positive environment for kids of all ages. I was involved in 4-H for about 9 years and served as president of my club, where I developed strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. I also love coming up with creative, hands-on activities that keep children engaged and having fun. I'm very flexible with my schedule, dependable, patient, and always willing to help out however I can. I'm looking forward to working with a great family and building a positive relationship while providing the best care possible for your children!
