About Jade

Hi! I'm someone who has loved working with kids since I was 12 years old, when I first started babysitting for my family. Over the years, I've gained experience through summer programs and daycares, and I've learned how important it is to create a safe, fun, and loving space where children can be themselves and grow. I'd describe myself as nurturing, dependable, and adaptable. I really enjoy encouraging curiosity, helping with learning, and being someone families can count on. I'm looking for a position where I can build meaningful connections, support kids in their everyday growth, and bring patience, creativity, and kindness to the job. Outside of work, I spend time serving in my church's children's ministry, cooking new recipes, singing, painting, and hanging out with my family. One thing to know about me is your child will always be safe and cared for with me--and I'll likely share some laughs (and snacks!) along the way.
