About Lillie

I have a strong passion for working with kids, especially those who need a little extra patience, guidance, or one-on-one attention. Over the past four years, I've helped children of all ages. I have a real talent for connecting with the kids other people call challenging. I'm naturally shy around adults and parents, but kids bring out my playful and confident side. I love how honest and open children are, and I thrive in that judgment-free connection. I enjoy hands-on activities and I adapt my approach to match each child's personality and needs. I work closely with parents to follow household routines, rules, and communication preferences, and I'm happy to help with cooking, cleaning and am open to other requests! I'm certified in First Aid, CPR and have completed Early Child Development coursework. My goal is to make a difference in every family I work with, especially to children who need a caregiver who truly understands them, because I truly do.
