My name is lily, and Im currently seeking a new nanny position. I have worked for 2 amazing families so far & looking for another! I have over 10 years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages-including those with unique developmental needs, newborn twins, & multiple kids in a household-I bring a deep passion for nurturing kids in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. I love building structure and keeping a good schedule with daily valuable learning lessons that are age appropriate. I also use the Montessori program which emphasizes independence, self-directed learning, and hands-on activities. I love to keep parents informed about what is happening on a day to day basis, including what we are working on, what needs improvement, cute pictures and videos so you never miss out on new milestones. This has been my passion since I was little. And I love being a crucial role in a child's development, fostering strong bonds and making a positive impact on their lives!
