About Miliana

I love every phase of childhood, including my own three kids' current young adult years. My experience as a learning facilitator and nanny has shown me it's important to authentically connect with and respect children, balancing their desire for autonomy with safety. I focus on the individual child, their learning style and developmental stage. One of the things I've loved about raising and working with children is the opportunity to rediscover the world, from nature adventures to the Children's Museum, from microscopes to telescopes, LEGOs to dolls, and from baking to hands-on art projects. I always advocate for children and support parents, sharing pictures and an account of the day. I am cheerful, resourceful, on time, and reliable.
