About Lillian

Hi there! I started working with kids when I was about 15 years old. I started with one family in the neighborhood, and eventually spread to doing a community of families after they recommended me. The kids usually love my activities ranging from playing sports games, going on fun walks, exploring new hobbies (they love to hear about my metal detecting!), creating fun fantasy games, cooking together, and more. I can handle a lot! I have a very high tolerance for patience, and have worked with up to 9 kids at once! Additionally, I am able to do overnights, late nights and I'm very flexible with time. I am very dedicated and perceptive, my focus is always centered on who I am watching- making sure everyone is safe AND happy. Hope to hear from you!
