About Lillian

Lilly is an extraordinary caregiver and an absolute gem. She brings deep knowledge of child development to everything she does, always striking the perfect balance between empathy and growth. Her approach is thoughtful, intentional, and rooted in helping children flourish — and it shows. Our daughter R is the bright, curious, confident three-year-old she is today because of Lilly’s care, guidance, and love. Beyond her expertise, Lily radiates positivity. She has the most uplifting attitude of anyone I know and approaches each day with kindness, warmth, and patience. She’s also incredibly effective in her communication — always clear, direct, and collaborative — which made working together effortless and built a deep sense of trust from the start (very tough to do so fast). We often say our only regret is not finding Lily sooner. She will forever be part of our family, and any child — and any family — would be more than lucky to have her.
