About Lillian

I'm a creative, empathetic, and friendly person with a passion for working with children. I have hands-on experience caring for toddlers, young children, and teens through babysitting and summer programs. At Northeast Westchester Special Recreation, I worked as a camp counselor and bus monitor for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I encouraged participation in daily activities, helped campers navigate emotional challenges, and ensured their safety and well-being during transportation. Through past experience, I've developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. I strive to create a warm, inclusive environment where all children feel supported and valued. I'm patient and quick to adapt to individual needs. In my spare time, I love to do crafts, puzzles, and spend time outdoors!
