About Arianna

Hi! I'm an experienced early childhood educator with over 5 years of professional experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. I've worked in high-quality early childhood settings, including the Early Childhood Center at Smith College and currently at Square One in Springfield. My approach is calm, nurturing, and child-centered. I focus on creating safe, engaging routines through play, outdoor time, books, and age-appropriate activities that support emotional development and independence. I'm especially attentive to transitions, individual needs, and building strong, trusting relationships with children. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, EEC-verified, and dependable. I'm seeking a full-time position and prefer working with children from infancy through age five. I'd love to connect with a family looking for consistent, thoughtful care.
