About Lillian

Over the last three years I have worked with children (aged 3-12). I ran the after school program at a Montessori school for two years & just finished a 6 mo. internship at an outdoor school in WA. I have strong communication & self-driven leadership skills, good time management, follow-through, healthy boundary setting, emotional literacy, honesty, a strong work ethic and willingness to commit. I am trusted and loved by children and hold relationships with some of my very first families. I am organized, adaptable, work well under pressure and am perceptive to the needs of others. I am a devoted team member and work confidently alone. Additionally, I am an artist and take joy in doing art and creating exciting learning/playful experiences for kids of all ages. I enjoy cooking and practice meal prepping in my personal life. I am hoping to find a family to work closely with, and children with whom I can build loving and caring relationships.
