About Lillian

Hi! My name is Lily, and I have over 8 years of experience caring for children ages 1-13. I developed a love for childcare early on by helping care for younger cousins and family friends. I currently work as a Behavior Technician providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, where I support children's development, communication, and daily routines. I primarily work with a 2-year-old and an 11-year-old and have experience with children ages 2-14. I have also worked in schools with kindergarten-aged children and completed college coursework in child development and education. I hold an Associate's Degree in Science and Arts and will be continuing my education part-time this fall. I am CPR and Advanced First Aid certified, have a clean driving record, and can pass a background check and provide references. I enjoy planning crafts, reading, outdoor play, and learning activities, and I'm happy to help with meal prep, homework, and light household tasks related to the children.
