About Lilliana

Caring for children has been part of my life since I was young, and it's grown into both a passion and a profession. I bring both an academic foundation - a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Utah State University, with coursework in Communicative Disorders and Psychology - and 7+ years of hands-on experience to everything I do, giving me a real understanding of how children develop, communicate, and grow at every stage, from infancy through age 13. My time as a Behavioral Technician, supporting children with autism, taught me patience, consistency, and how to truly meet a child where they are. Day to day, I provide attentive, nurturing care: infant routines, meal and snack prep, homework help, school pick-ups and drop-offs, age-appropriate activities, and light housekeeping. I also know basic ASL. I'm looking for a long-term, full-time position through payroll where I can bring both my heart and my training to a family who wants a consistent, trusted caregiver.
