About Nicole

Hi, I'm Nicole! I have 7-8 years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in both preschool and childcare settings. I hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and am CPR and First Aid certified. Throughout my career, I have worked with children ages 1-5, helping support their social-emotional growth, independence, communication skills, and learning through play. I believe in creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable exploring, learning, and building confidence. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, sensory play, outdoor exploration, story time, music, and movement. I value positive communication, consistency, and gentle guidance while providing loving structure, routines, and opportunities for children to make choices and develop independence. Families describe me as patient, dependable, organized, and caring.
