About Lilisa

Supporting seniors & individuals with disabilities is something I care about. I have about 2 years of paid caregiving experience and grew up helping my grandparents and great-grandparents, which taught me patience, compassion, responsibility, and respect for independence. I can assist with companionship, personal care, routines, meal preparation, light housekeeping, organization, errands, outings, and activities. I'm dependable, attentive, patient, and comfortable working independently while following instructions. My experience as an optical manager & lab technician at Advanced Family Eye Care strengthened my communication, organization, problem-solving, and patient-care skills. I've had CPR training and take safety seriously. I'm warm, bubbly, hardworking, and compassionate. In my free time, I enjoy reading, yoga, swimming, hiking, nature, loved ones, and my cats. I value trust, communication, and helping each person feel safe, respected, supported, and as independent as possible.
