Michell has been amazing with my parents. She treats them like family. She helps with meds, scheduling appts, laundry, cleaning , cooking, even helped with the dogs. Michell is able to see things that need to be done and she jumps right in to help. I get constant updates and I know my parents are safe. She is a joy to be around and my parents love her. Unfortunately my parents needed a higher level of care and are now in assisted living facility. She still checks in on them. She was with us for two years, very reliable and helpful.
