About Lili

Learning is a journey, and I'm passionate about guiding students along the way! I have a college degree and two years of experience tutoring Math, Science, Test Preparation, and Foreign Language at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. I speak English and French. By actively listening and observing my students, I vary my teaching strategies to suit their individual learning styles. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrate small successes, and break down complex problems into manageable steps. Communication is essential, and I provide regular updates to keep parents informed. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and can tutor at your home, your teacher's home, online, at school, or at a coffee shop. My focus is on building confidence and fostering a love for learning, not just memorization. The most rewarding aspect of being a tutor is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment. I also hold certifications in CPR training and First Aid.
