About Lilia

Hello! My name is Lilia. I work as a school psychologist during the school year and am using this platform to stay busy during summer break! I am open to a wide range of caregiving opportunities and hope to support my community however I can during my time off. My professional background is in supporting children and teens with a wide range of learning, behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs. I have experience working with autistic children, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and communication differences. I take a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approach, believing every person deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued. Families often describe me as patient, dependable, and easy to connect with. I strive to create a positive and supportive environment where kids can have fun and be themselves. I am happy to provide general childcare, support older folks, or simply be an extra helping hand for busy families this summer.
