About Lidija

Hi! I'm a patient and attentive caregiver with experience with children from 6 months to 8 years old so far. While my experience has been informal, I've spent meaningful time nurturing, engaging, and supporting children through different stages of early development. I value creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where kids can learn, play, and grow. I believe children thrive when they're given a balance of attention, creativity, structure, and kindness, and I strive to bring all of that into my care. I take seriously the role of helping shape a child's confidence, curiosity, and emotional well-being. I have some first aid training and want to get certified in both CPR and BLS. I enjoy reading, arts & crafts, the beach, traveling, music, gaming, and both learning & mentoring. I came here as a refugee as a child so I speak both English and Bosnian fluently, and I'm a novice in French. I have a bachelor's degree from USF and graduated with honors and a 4. 0 GPA.
