About Morgan

Hi families! My name is Morgan, and caring for children has truly been my life's work. I have over 10 years of hands-on experience with children from infancy through early childhood, and I'm currently finishing my degree in Early Childhood Education. With great references, I am CPR, First Aid, and AED certified, and I've completed 50+ hours of DCF training, including Safe Sleep, Early Literacy, Child Growth & Development, Behavioral Observation, and Positive Guidance. I've worked in both private nanny settings and as the owner of a licensed home daycare, so I'm very confident managing multiple children while still giving each child the attention and care they deserve. My approach is nurturing, patient, and developmentally focused. I'm especially strong with routines, behavior guidance, and helping little ones reach important milestones. I enjoy developing lesson plans specific to children's current interests.
