About Liberty

I have over seven years of experience caring for children of all ages, along with being a mother to my 21-month-old daughter. I also bring three years of ABA experience and five years supporting children, adults, and elderly individuals on the autism spectrum in clinic, home, and childcare settings. My background includes working with nonverbal communication, gross motor delays, potty training, ADL activities, and managing behaviors such as aggression, elopement, and self-injury. My approach is patient, compassionate, and adaptable to each child's needs and family preferences. I'm comfortable reinforcing routines, household rules, and supporting developmental goals. I have reliable transportation and CPR and First Aid certified. I value open communication and strive to create a safe, engaging environment for every child.
