About Liberty

I have over seven years of experience caring for children of all ages, along with being a mother myself of a 1-year-old. In addition to general childcare, I bring three years of ABA experience and a total of five years working with children on the autism spectrum. My background includes supporting children with gross motor disabilities, nonverbal communication needs, and severe maladaptive behaviors such as aggression, elopement, and self-injury. My approach is patient and caring. I love engaging with children in any way parents want and the child needs. I'm also comfortable reinforcing household rules and maintaining consistent routines. I have also potty trained many children during my time at an ABA clinic. I have my own reliable transportation and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. Above all, I value open communication, following parents' preferred methods of contact. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience, compassion, and enthusiasm to your family.
