Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching philosophy. Over the past three years, I have cultivated an engaging and patient environment where I empower elementary and middle school students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I assess individual learning styles by actively observing how a student interacts with new material, allowing me to tailor my approach using visual aids, hands-on activities, or discussions. When concepts become challenging, I break them down into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to keep motivation high. I believe clear, consistent communication with both students and parents is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth.
