About Libby

I am a former second and fifth grade teacher who's passionate about helping kids build confidence and skills in their learning. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a sociology degree, which gave me great insight into how people learn and connect. Though I've spent the past 23 years working in the pharmaceutical industry, teaching has always been my true passion. I love working one-on-one with students to help them understand tricky concepts, catch up on challenging subjects, or just feel more confident in school. I bring patience, encouragement, and real classroom experience to every tutoring session. Every kid learns differently, and I'm here to figure out what works best for yours!
