About Monica

Hi! My name is Monica, and I am a passionate elementary school teacher with three years of classroom teaching experience, plus one year of student teaching. I have worked with students across all elementary grade levels and am fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to support bilingual learners and communicate with Spanish-speaking families. I earned my Master's in Teaching from the University of Southern California (USC) and believe every child deserves to feel safe, seen, heard, and capable of succeeding. I create personalized lessons that meet each student's individual needs, whether they need support in reading, writing, math, homework, or building confidence. I work closely with families to help students strengthen their skills and enter the new school year feeling prepared, confident, and excited to learn.
