About Lianne

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. As a professional with 10+ years of experience helping students in special needs classrooms in the public school setting, I specialize in helping elementary and middle school students master Math, English, Science, and test preparation. My approach centers on actively listening and observing how you interact with new material so I can tailor my methods to your unique learning style. I prioritize open dialogue with both students and parents to ensure we are always aligned for success. By celebrating small wins and providing consistent positive reinforcement, I keep learning engaging even when concepts become challenging. I am comfortable tutoring in your home, online, at the library, or a coffee shop. Ultimately, I find the most joy in building a supportive rapport that makes every lesson truly enjoyable. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
