About Liana

I am a provider experienced with preschool and kindergarten aged children, as well as being a mom to twins who are now 9 years old. I am certified as an assistant teacher in early childhood education and have completed an internship at a Forest School as well as teaching in the school's summer program. I love to get outside with children, exploring and helping them learn from their environment. I also love to set up fun art and science projects, enjoy and create music together, and include children as much as possible in everyday tasks and errands. I am committed to an approach to care-giving founded on authentic relationships with children that respects the whole child and follows their lead, encouraging and supporting them to explore their interests while gently guiding them and focusing on healthy social-emotional development.
