About Leya

Hi! My name is Leya, and I have 8 years of experience caring for children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, and school-age children. I am CPR and First Aid certified (happy to provide proof), have extensive experience with special needs care, and am currently in school pursuing a career as a trauma therapist for children. Because of my career path, I've completed multiple child development courses. I am also available for overnight and weekend care and have additional experience caring for pets. I greatly value communication and do my best to accommodate each family's preferred communication style. Parents appreciate my flexibility, reliability, and willingness to help when schedules run late - including late evenings and early mornings.
