Lexi was our nanny for approximately a year and a half while our daughter was 3-4 years old. Lexi worked for us full time, with varying hours based on my work travel schedule until Covid phase 1 in March of 2020. Duties included driving to/from school, lessons, meals, arranging play dates and outdoor playtime/activities. When I would travel for work, Lexi was entirely responsible for waking her up, getting to school, all meals, bath time etc until my husband was home from work. Lexi always maintained discipline in a professional, caring way, consistent with our parenting style. A good driver, we never were concerned for our daughter's safety when out with Lexi. She developed a wonderful bond with our daughter and remains involved in her life even today.
