Hello, my name is Lex! I'm 29 years old with over a decade of caregiving experience ranging from infancy through adolescence. I am passionate about fostering a safe (and fun!) space for children to explore the world. I strive to be a significant contribution to a family's "village" by ensuring we maintain effective communication about child rearing styles, routines, boundaries, etc. so I am in alignment with your needs. I have an educational background in psychology, human development, neuroscience, and social work. I was previously employed at the UCCL during undergrad. I completed my clinical placements for my graduate degree at an elementary school and Connecticut Children's Medical Center.
