Ashley joined us in August of 2024 after we moved across the state. She has been taking care of our 6, 4 and 2 year old kids full-time. Our very spirited kids had trouble with the move but Ashley’s ability to balance structure and compassion made it much easier for all of us. She has been the most reliable childcare we have ever had and the only reason we are parting ways is because I am taking a step back from work. I recommend her highly.
