About Lexie

Hi my name is Lexie and I am in my Junior year at Chico State! I absolutely love working with kids, it is most definitely my lifelong passion, as I am working on getting my liberal studies degree in hopes of one day becoming a Kindergarten teacher. From Kindergarten to 12th grade I was apart of Girl Scouts, which helped me build valuable skills in so many different areas of my life. I have continued to stay in Girl Scouts as an adult volunteer and help with running a week long overnight camp for second and third graders. I have also done the occasional baby sitting, and love nothing more than to hang out with my 3 nephews and 1 niece who range in ages from newborn to 6 years old. I think when caring for children it is vital to have fun, while also ensure the kiddos feel safe, loved, and supported!
