Hi! My name is Alexandra (I go by Lexie:)), and I'm a compassionate, dependable, and patient caregiver with 9 years of experience working with children. Caring for kids has always been something I'm passionate about, and I truly believe that every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported while they learn and grow. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to care for children of different ages and personalities, helping with everything from daily routines and homework to playtime, creative activities, meals, and providing a nurturing environment where kids feel safe and can be themselves. I focus on building trust with both children and families through communication and genuine care! I'm someone who is attentive to each child's individual needs and enjoys creating fun, meaningful experiences that encourage confidence and curiosity. I also have experience working with children on the autism spectrum and understand the importance of patience and empathy.
