Hi! My name is Lauren, and I'm passionate about working with kids and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for them. I have experience working with children through babysitting, after-school care, and educational programs, and I genuinely love building connections with kids of all ages. I'm responsible, patient, energetic, and able to balance having fun with enforcing household rules and routines when needed. I'm happy to help with activities like swimming, trips to the zoo or park, crafts, outdoor play, homework help, and bedtime routines. I love keeping kids engaged and active while making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I'm also very communicative with parents and want families to feel confident and informed while their children are in my care.
