We cannot recommend Letycia highly enough. She has cared for our daughter full-time since she was five months old, and from day one she has been everything we hoped for in a nanny. She is warm, dependable, patient, and incredibly engaged. Every day is filled with books, songs, play, outdoor adventures, and opportunities to explore and learn. She doesn't just supervise—she actively fosters curiosity, confidence, and joy. Our daughter absolutely adores her, and it has been amazing to watch the bond they've built. Letycia is also an excellent communicator, consistently reliable, and someone we have trusted completely with the most important person in our lives. She naturally speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese with our daughter, which has been an added bonus. Our decision to transition our daughter to daycare is the only reason we're parting ways. We would hire Letycia again without hesitation and recommend her wholeheartedly to any family. She is an exceptional nanny, and any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her.
