About Leticia

Hi, my name is Leticia! I'm often described as understanding, reliable, and easygoing. Working with children, elderly and/or disabled individuals has always been rewarding to me because I love seeing their personalities grow and helping them feel included, supported, and engaged. I come from a large family and have years of experience caring for children of different ages, including helping with my mom's in-home daycare as a legal substitute provider and caring for my 21-month-old brother. Alongside childcare, I've spent nearly three years working as a caregiver for elderly and disabled individuals while attending college, which strengthened my patience, adaptability, and compassion. I am CPR and First Aid trained and have completed a Prepare to Care course focused on safety and emergency preparedness. Outside of work, I enjoy music, arts and crafts, collecting vinyl records, and spending time with family and friends.
