My previous roles have reinforced my desire to positively impact their lives. I am patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with ease. I am comfortable providing respite care, transportation, and hospice services. I also assist with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I can provide medical management, mobility assistance, and encourage physical activity. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I have some college education, CPR training, and First Aid certification. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
