Hi! I just started doing senior care this year. I have been caring for a wonderful 84-year-old woman in Virginia. I manage her medications, help her with bathing and hygiene, run her errands, prepare her meals, do light housework (like dishes and laundry) and mostly just keep her company so she can continue to live alone. I started caring for her this past year when my friend needed some help caring for her mother-in-law. I like caring for seniors because they are easy to talk to. It's important for me to help them maintain their dignity and independence while getting proper care. I'd describe my personality as upbeat, friendly, and professional. In my free time I enjoy running, reading, and trying yummy new restaurants. My skills include keeping a tidy space, preparing healthy meals, and staying on top of hygiene needs.
