About Leslie

Hi! My name is Leslie and I currently work at an elementary school as a Family Liaison, where I support students and families every day. I have experience working with children through after-school programs, tutoring, and school-based activities. I am CPR and CPI certified and bilingual in English and Spanish. I also volunteer with the Student Ambassador program, where I help children learn basic computer skills, write newsletters and yearbooks, and explore topics related to technology and communication. As the oldest sister in my family and a former church volunteer, caring for children has always been part of my life. I have experience tutoring children in reading, language learning, and homework support. I describe myself as kind, patient, and reliable. I enjoy creating fun, structured, and nurturing environments where children feel safe, valued, and confident.
