About Leslie

Hi my name is Leslie my experience in caregiving is I have took care of a paraplegic man who needed help with transportation from his wheelchair to the couch and bed and house cleaning and meal prepping and managing medications. I have also took care of a quadriplegic man who I had to help assist with bathing and changing and had to use the hoyer lift and manage the medication and also had to help with exercise motions. My most recent patient had ALS and could move out of bed and wasn't able to speak and had to learn how to communicate with his eyes and through an alphabet chart. I had to help assist with bathing and changing clothes and putting him in his wheelchair using a hoyer lift and he was connected to a trac tube and I had to clean it and learned how to do cough assist when he needed it. I have my CPR certification and I'm soon going to be going to school for nursing I'm very comfortable with pets and children and I Would love to help out with anything. I have more experience.
